Clients can easily log onto their individual log site for placing orders, tracking jobs, and keeping current with invoice status. Once in the login area, the main menu page offers various choices described further below.

Order Form Page:

Once an order is filled out completely and sent to our studio, an email is sent immediately to confirm your order as received. This ensures accuracy of the job(s) and alerts our production team to prepare materials before the art arrives at our location.

Status of Orders Page:

The status of any job your company has in production is simple to track.
Each piece can be followed along through the production process - moment by moment you can be well notified where the job actually is and when it will be completed.

Reports Page:

Our reports page gives you several options for organizing your account with us. You can sort all your jobs by date or order of completion. Even if an item is shipped, further tracking information is given and more details of the job is readily available.

Invoices page:

You can view framing and shipping invoices together on one page. This gives you, the client, satisfaction that all orders are accounted for.

Actual Invoice Page:

All framing invoices are itemized clearly and accurately. Your billing will continually be kept up to date, eliminating the need to wait for mail to arrive.
